Job Description

Responsibilities

Prepare product master, product specifications, BOM, ECN
Responsible for tolling/ product qualification & process control
Able to supervise a team of PRC local engineers
Maintain good relationship & communication with vendors and other departments
Coach and mentor team members on technical and problem resolution skill
Familiar with metal parts & lens

Job Requirements

Degree or above in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering/ PIE Engineering or related disciplines
At least 4 years relevant working experience in project management
Good experience in product development/ project management
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Experience in optical field preferable
Station in Shenzhen ( can daily travel) and 5 days works
