Our client is a Reputable F&B Company in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Purchasing Officer for their Purchasing Team. You will be responsible for the full set procurement activities from sourcing to stock management on non-F&B categories.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Responsible for full set procurement activities from sourcing to stock management on non-F&B categories
• Prepare procurement and inventory management planning’s analysis
• Work closely with frontline on stocking ordering and keep the purchasing database
• Liaise with internal and external parties for production schedule and quality checking

QUALIFICATIONS

• High diploma or above in purchasing / supply chain / related discipline
• 2 years or above experiences in food manufacturing / Catering / food-related industry 
• Knowledge on inventory system, ERP
• Proficient in communication and negotiation skills      
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin                                         
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer
