About Our Client (trading Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the trading Company,is now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:
- Prepare quotations, invoices and shipping documents
- Handle client’s enquiries
- Issue order to factory (Japan, China, South Asia)
- Order follow up, Data processing, Delivery arrangement and prepare shipping document
- Check and negotiate delivery schedule between customer and supplier
- Handle declaration
- Handle defective products
- Prepare monthly report
- Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirement
- Diploma above with 1-3 years related experience preferred
- Experience in electronic / manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Good command of Japanese, Level N2 or above
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge in MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- With shipping knowledge
