Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare full set of shipping & L/C documents independently
• Follow up PO with factories in China, keep track to meet shipping deadlines and update the database
• Monitor the on-time customs clearance
• Liaise with different parties for daily operation.
• Experience in consolidating cargos from different locations into one container
• Capable to do planning/ forecast for effective capacity allocation will be an asset

 Requirements:

• F.5 graduate
• Minimum 6 years of shipping experience in a trading/buying office
• Familiar with Trade link, China I/E procedures
• Full Knowledge in logistics and shipping process to Europe
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel in particular
• Competent in M/S Outlook and Chinese word processing
• Interpersonal and communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Well-organized, attention to details and strong sense of responsibilities, willing to work overtime to complete the tasks
• Strong negotiation skills, capable to monitor and coordinate orders with factories
• Self-motivated, open-minded, able to work under pressure and independently
