Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist to issue and follow purchase order and report material delivery status
Assist to coordinate with suppliers, project team and related parties
Assist to arrange material delivery
Filing and typing

Requirements:

F.5 or above
2 years or above of purchasing experience (building construction field is preferred)
Self-motivated, hard working and willing to learn
Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing, Adobe etc.
Good communication skill and able to manage document systematically

Work Location: Kowloon Bay near MTR station
