Job responsibilities:

• Liaise with management, designers, sample rooms, suppliers and factories on product development and bulk production matters
• Closely monitor the performance of suppliers and factories to ensure the imposed quality standards are met
• Monitor sample and bulk production progress as per time schedule and ensure all sample and bulk production are delivered on time
• Attend garment fitting sessions, record fitting comments and review sample size specifications. Communicate fitting and sample review comments to sample rooms, factories and QCs
• Assist in price negotiations and sourcing for new vendors and factories
• Prepare materials including salesman samples, composites and swatch books required for collection review meetings and presentations to buyers
• Coordinate with factories on GB tests
• Maintain accurate records in the system
• Perform ad-hoc project as required
• Travelling to China is necessary

Qualifications and skills required:

• F. 5 or above, IVE or Polytechnic graduate in Textile and Clothing is preferable
• 5 to 8 years of solid work experience in high-end womenswear product development and bulk production follow-up
• Hands-on experience and good technical knowledge in making fitting comments and reviewing size specifications
• Good knowledge of fabrics and good raw materials sourcing network
• Good understanding of GB test requirements
• Mature, positive, open-minded, self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and good fashion sense
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Ms Office, Excel, Word and emails
