Our client is an International Online Retail Platform. They are currently looking for an E-commerce Supply Chain Sourcing Manager for their operation in luxury sourcing. You will be responsible for building relationships with vendors, channels of distributors and dealers in Hong Kong’s luxury sector to manage luxury authentic products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source vendors with legal and authorized terms, contracts or documents negotiation
• Manage and monitor vendor project status
• Build and maintain good relationships by negotiating with vendors on availability, product specs, distribution, delivery deadlines and pricing
• Maximize company's profits and drive margin goals
• Discover and identify new product lines, market trends, opportunities, insights or potential vendors by attending supply trade shows
• Work with management and executive team to ensure accountability
• Assist logistics executive personnel to communicate and enhance supplier logistics
• Build understanding of logistics solutions from suppliers in different regions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above
• 4 years or above related experiences, with exposure in luxury sourcing / purchasing / sales
• Strong at project management and negotiation
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English
