Responsibilities

• Lead the team to source and evaluate appropriate suppliers for performance enhancement in the global and local context
• Develop purchasing strategies to maximize cost savings and create synergies
• Drive and monitor the purchasing team to comply company strategies to ensure integrity and ethics are sustained throughout the purchasing process
• Build and maintain effective relationships and communication with related parties
• Formulate and maintain the purchasing system and operations in good practice
• Prepare and compile management reports and analysis
• Perform administration duties and ad hoc duties

  Requirements

• Diploma holder in Purchasing, Supply Chain and related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in F&B manufacturing industry
• Prior purchasing experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine would be an advantage
• Proficient in computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Mature and good communication, negotiation and organizing skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized and flexible with strong team spirits
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager
• Immediate available would be an advantage
