Responsibilities

• Supervise a 20+ teams and ensure the effective operation of the Procurement, Central Registry, Facility Management, Transport, Legal, Insurance and Shipping Units
• Develop, implement and review administration policies and system budget preparation,scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analysis variances and controlling
• Manage office procurement and maintain database/inventory for office equipment; monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
• Manage all-rounded office administration matters including contract and license review and renewal, negotiation with vendors and suppliers, sourcing required materials.
• Responsible for sustainable development, occupational health, safety & environment related matters, quality license, certificate and statutory compliance as well as energy saving initiatives for the premises
• Responsible for vendor and procurement management and tendering process
• Develop and implement corporate administration policies and procedures and keep reviewing and updating if necessary

Requirements

• Full time Degree holder or above in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with 4 years’ managerial role, preferably worked in sizeable companies with regional cover
• Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, good leadership
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skill
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
