Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the merchandising team to ensure the garment development to production in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the production is on track and the quality is up to customer’s standard
- Perform strategic merchandising plan through various market research, analysis and forecasting to achieve company objective
- Establish good relationship with existing and new customers
- Retrieve and facilitate problem solution when necessaries
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Textile / Clothing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience (with garment factory background is an advantage)
- Energetic person with strong leadership and enjoy team work
- With “Can-do” attitude and able to work independently under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Weekly Travel to Zhuhai office is required
