Buyer Assistant is a member of the Purchasing Team under VDA Group. This post assist the whole purchasing team in daily operation, for the team be able to work more efficiently.

JOB Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchasing team in daily operation
• Following up on raw material parcel deliver (in/out) to China. (including customer stone)
• Preparing documents for all RM declaration with 100% full check all the material’s quantity and weight before passing to logistic department
• Provide general clerical support
• Follow up on ERP system data update which help buyer to monitor the monthly purchasing report.

JOB Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, in supporting role of purchasing function preferred
• Knowledge in Chinese word processing and Familiar with PC operations
• Hard working and willing to learn, work independently
• Good in team-work
