Our client is a well-established Hong Kong Law Firm with reputation for quality legal services in PRC-related corporate finance, M&A and banking areas. Due to expansion of the firm, they are seeking experienced corporate solicitors to join their team.

The Opportunity

• Handling full range of IPO and transactional work in Hong Kong & mainland China
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of offering circulars, transaction documents, issuer board resolutions, closing-related documents

The Ideal Candidate

• PQE 2 - 4 years in Initial Public Offerings, Corporate Finance and transactional area
• Solid working knowledge of the Listing Rules, the Takeovers Code, the Securities and Future Ordinance, the Companies Ordinance
• Excellency in Mandarin
• Able to work independently
