Reporting to the Partner, your major responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

• Performing legal research
• Reviewing agreements and prospectuses
• Preparing listing documents
• Assisting in incorporation and reorganization of entities
• Conducting verification and due diligence check

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Law degree holder with at least 1 year solid law firm working experience
• Good understanding of IPO requirements and working procedures
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential 
• Career focused, self-motivated, efficient, responsible and hard-working
