Our client is an international advisory firm, currently seeking a Legal Manager to be part of the harmonious team and provide high-quality legal service to the firm.

The Opportunity

• Draft and review agreements, contracts, internal policies and other legal documents
• Assist in legal supporting and compliance managing for company operations and projects investment.
• Provide legal support to different departments by advising on a broad range of legal issues including corporate, employment, IP, property leasing and marketing etc.
• Liaise with external legal services providers

The Ideal Candidate

• LLB with 6+ years of legal experiences
• Previous experience in an independent in-house legal role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
