We are now hiring FULL TIME Compliance Analysts for a 2-year trainee contract with roles and responsibilities as below: 

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or graduates with 1-3 years of working experience or internship experience in banking, financial firms, asset management and hedge funds compliance related areas preferred
• Strong capability in learning and understanding of hedge fund regulatory requirements or strong interests in financial rules, legal and regulatory requirements on financial firms
• Excellent research skills
• Strong language skills in English and Chinese, strong Chinese written and mandarin spoken skills preferred but not a must since we are open to recruit students from Hong Kong or overseas who possess different language capabilities for our international clients
• Ability to take on early responsibilities with matured personalities and good interpersonal skills
• Details oriented, self-motivated and a strong team player

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting research on financial rules and regulations
• Conducting onsite compliance checking for clients to ensure ongoing compliance of operation and portfolio management functions
• Attending meetings with clients,  participating in conference, client seminars, etc.
• Writing research papers on financial rules and policies
• Handling day to day SFC compliance related matters
• Handling SFC license application and preparing related documents and filings
