Job Description and responsibilities

• Managing personal and corporate MPF accounts

• Providing group benefits, like Group Medical or insurance
• Providing after-sales services
• Handling incoming inquiries from clients
• Up-keeping client relationship and enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in all discipline (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Experience in customer service or sales field
• Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Fluent in Cantonese, moderate English
