Our company has an exciting opportunity with flexible hours and travel available to a fluent Japanese speaker to work in our Hong Kong and Hokkaido locations.

Responsibilities

• Help English speaking staff work with Japanese builders and designers
• Assist the company director with daily duties that require the Japanese language
• Along with the company director, attend meetings with builders, designers, and real estate agents in Japan
• Manage email communications between vendors and the company Director
• Arrange meetings with the director, yourself and vendors
• Assist Director with finding Japanese vendors and builders
• Assist Director with online banking and other Japanese-only tasks
• Communicate with the accountant and file monthly expenses report

Requirement

• 5 years+ working or living in Japan and speaking Japanese
• Organized and detail-minded
• Good communicator and able to work with Japanese culture
• Knowledge of excel, email, and computer literate
• Immediately available is preferred
• Able to travel to Hokkaido when necessary
