Job Description
Our client is a fintech company with business across APAC. They have steady growth and expansion and is looking for a Group Legal Counsel to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and oversee legal work in group level
- Handle general commercial contract review, JV, debt & equity financing and other more
- Provide legal advice to business and senior management
- Identify and manage legal risks
- Conduct legal and compliance training
Requirements:
- 12+ PQE, legal training in international law firm and/or in-house
- Experience in TMT/fintech/financial insitutes
- Native in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English
