Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall direction of the business including financial management, business growth and strategic expansion plans
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Constantly monitor the performance of departmental operations including Retail Operation, Warehouse & Logistics, Finance & Accounting, HR & Administration, IT, Marketing and Buying & Wholesale
• Build up efficient team and provide leadership in steering the Company to achieve its missions and objectives
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of the team providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management or related discipline
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably from retail/FMCG industry
• Excellent analytical skills, attentive to details, sensible in problem solving and decision making
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Immediate available is highly preferred
