Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle statutory/regulatory compliance, minutes/resolutions, filings and maintaining proper records for Group companies incorporated in HK and other jurisdictions
- Handle bank related matters including accounts opening, signatories updating, DD/KYC, etc
- Assist in handling company secretarial duties of listed company, including preparation of announcement, circular, annual/interim report
- Assist in organizing board, committee sand shareholders meetings and other corporate ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Corporate Governance or equivalent; graduate/student member of HKICS
- 2 - 4 years' experience in company secretarial field preferred
- Mature candidates with other qualifications or clerical experience will also be considered
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word Processing and CSA program
- Independent, detail-minded, responsible, eager to learn and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is highly preferred
