Job Responsibilities:

Assist the CS manager in handling all company secretarial duties and carrying out the instructions of management including:

1. Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial and clerical duties, including maintaining and update statutory records, filing of statutory returns, incorporating Hong Kong and offshore private companies, drafting resolutions required under the Companies Ordinance.
2. Assist in formation, management and administration of Hong Kong, Cayman Island and British Virgin Islands companies
3. Assist in collection, monitoring and review of client due diligence (CDD) documents in line with the company’s compliance policy and procedures
4. Assist in invoicing and timekeeping
5. Client liaison
   
   

Requirement

1. Diploma graduate or above;
2. With relevant experience;
3. Proactive, hardworking, analytical and detail oriented;
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Strong PC skills & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
6. Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin; and
7. Immediately available is preferred.
