Job Description

Requirements:

  • HKICS student / graduate
  • At least one year company secretarial experience preferably gained in professional firms
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Chinese Word Processing and Excel
  • Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Initiative, well-organised and good communication skills
