Responsibilities
 
1. Plan and implement the ASEAN go-to-market strategies for our services through company web site, Omni-channels, international trade shows, PR and networking events
2. Build, manage and monitor our platform and other digital marketing channels to achieve B2B sales targets, develop business opportunities and promote the brand awareness
3. Generate sales lead by creating best-in-class customer journey experience
4. Oversee the digital content, formulate marketing budget, track the performance and cost effectiveness
5. Manage SEM and optimize social media performance/SEO in driving customer engagement and achieving customer acquisition and paid service upgrade/conversion targets
6. Manage the legal and contractual issues of online business
7. Manage the pre-sales, sales support, customer inquiries, comments and complaints on online business and customer inquiries
8. Source and manage the partners, consultants and bankers for ensuring the deliverable quality
9. Build and maintain strong network with partners and associations as the gatekeeper and voice of the brand

10. Collaborate with internal teams for improving the company web site, providing market research and producing sales materials
11. Provide competitor & data-driven market analysis and digital marketing trend reports to management and stakeholders
12. Plan and lead the global marketing strategies online - from website optimization and paid media to drive business growth on our online platform 
 
Requirements
 
1. Degree holder in Marketing / E-commerce / Business Management related disciplines
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in digital marketing function as a department head in sizable companies
3. Extensive exposure in marketing of B2B technology, software solutions, CRM and ERP to MNCs in global market
4. Solid and successful track record of global marketing solutions
5. Sound knowledge in building web site and knowledge in UX/UI design
6. Excellent written and spoken skills in English & Chinese
