Responsibilities:

• Price strategies for successful bidding of Tenders
• Manage relations with KOL's and relevant personnel in Hospital Authority & other Tendering Authories
• Negotiate with 3PL Distributors and other service providers on margins
• Analyse market demands and build portfolios along with BD Teams
• Provide teams with support regarding market intelligence and priceing strategies
• Lead teams to effectively penetrate every market segment
• Gain significant market share in strategic product segments
• Build additional portfolios to increase sales in private market segments
• Meet sales targets for private market
• Deploy marketing and promotion strategy for company image and brand building in local market
• Create Awareness and Recognition as Key Generic supplier
• Generate weekly reprots on Sales Activity / Progress Quarterly / Annual Reports
• Successfully comnplete projects assigned
• Maintain and empowering context for tasks & jobs being handled
• Consistently improvise performance of the entire process and team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in similar role / profile
• Rapport with HA / DH
• Good track record of sales in both Tender and Private Market
• Good rapport with private hospitals buyers, Key chain buyers and prominent wholesalers
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
• Well-developed negotiation skill
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• IMMEDIATELY available is preferable
