Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Diploma, preferably in Legal Studies
- 3 years relevant experience in intellectual property and trademark
- Previous experience in multinational law firm is highly preferred
- Well-organized, cheerful, self-motivated and attention to details
- Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist Partners and Associates on legal assistance and secretarial support
- Responsible for trademark application from beginning to renewal stage
- Provide support on background search, files management and billing issues
- Handle database maintenance and arrange business meetings & conference
