Job Description
Job Duties:
- Report to Finance and Compliance Director and in draft, preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Alignment on all business and M&A agreements.
- Design and execute the risk control policy for the card payment and QRCode payment business
- Liase with lawyer and work closely with business development, IT, operations and finance teams
- Handle ad hoc legal assignments as required
Job Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Legal Studies or University degree or above in relevant discipline
- 10 years relevant working experience, with at least 3 years managerial experience
- With Knowledge of Internal audit is a plus
- Experience as risk and legal for Fintech / Payment company is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent research and proof-reading skills
- Fast learner and able to work independently
