Job Descriptions

• Assist the Project Managers in managing various freight forwarding projects
• Understand business needs and work closely with different teams and stakeholders to deliver high quality business solutions
• Monitor project progress and resources to ensure the deliverable are on schedule
• Liaising with different business units and external vendors
• Collaborate and arrange project meetings with related parties to follow up project issues
• Draft meeting minutes and regular progress report
• Perform duties and other special projects as assigned by the supervisor or senior management

Qualification & experience Requirements:-

Daily works include, but not limited to:-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Information System, Project Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience with 1 years working in project coordination and administration
• Train/Qualified on PMP or PRINCE is highly preferred
• Experience in the Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding industry is a plus
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, self-initiated attentive to details and customer focused
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel & MS Project preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Pro-active, well-organized, good team player and willing to learn
• Immediately available preferred.
