We are offering the opportunities in Group office:

Legal

• Assist in research, translation, record update, documentation compilation, preparation of presentation and reports, document review and drafting
• Participate in project meetings and other areas which fall under the function of the Legal Department

Company Secretariat

• Assist to creat document template (of board resolutions on a wide ranging subjects)
• Carry out routine tasks such as updating company files, statutory registers, and giving clerical assistance to executives
• Build and maintain databases and files: set up and maintain files which are organized chronologically, numerically and/or by company/business units
• Prepare correspondence
• Responsible to update and maintain corporate information of group entites (experience in handling large volume of corporate information preferred, but no mandatory)

We are looking for:

•          Year 1-3 local university students studying LLB or Business
•          Good academic results preferably GPA of 3.0 or above
•          Well-versed in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•          Good command of both spoken and written English
•          Applicants must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong
