Bank Street by Sloane Manhattan is pleased to be appointed to assist our innovative client in recruiting top-notch candidates for their key management positions.   Our client is a promising and leading fintech company which was granted a virtual banking license by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) lately.  This virtual banking corporation shall bring innovative services, new customer experiences and promote financial inclusions.  Our client shall access to retail banking markets in the Asian financial hub, including but not limited to, Hong Kong, the mainland China and Asia customers.  Owing to their rapid growth and expansion, our client is urgently looking for the following candidates:

Job Description

• Support on a full range of legal services in relations to the banking business and products
• Provide legal support on general corporate and commercial matters
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures
• Provide advice and manage legal, regulatory and licensing issues
• Review and monitor compliance framework for the banking corporation

 Job Requirement

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) 5-8 years legal advisory experience in banking, financial institutions or law firms
  
• Solid knowledge and experience in retail banking, commercial banking and treasury
  
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese, spoken English and Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Legal Counsel
