However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an Area Development Manger to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

Scope:

• Take ownership of all aspects of an entire area of our business
• To establish, maintain and manage good relationships across the department, including but not limited to Marketing Department, Commercial Department as well as Operations Department
• Utilise data to come up with actionable items to help meet management’s priorities and continually improve the customer experience
• Lead cross-departmental projects to develop key areas of the business
• Monitor KPIs and achieve the targets set for each area by using appropriate systems, tools and techniques (SQL)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, experience in a technology company or start-up preferred
• Assertive, hands-on, dynamic and with strong drive
• High level of independence, self-motivation and responsibility
• Very strong analytical skills, sharp critical thinking and methodic, experience in project management is a plus
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Cantonese and English
• Candidates with less experience shall be considered as Senior Area Development Specialist
