Responsibilities:

• Support management and business unit heads for strategic business planning, financial analysis and management reporting
• Conduct macro, micro and competitor analysis/ research
• Perform financial analysis and business modelling to facilitate business reviews, management decision making on business, financial trends and new opportunities
• Identify issues, discuss and work closely with business units and cross functional teams to analyze and review the financial and operational performance
• Work on quantitative and qualitative study to understand customers and mall performance
• Provide support on the regular update of business performance reports
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduates in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ Statistics
• At least 6 years’ FP&A experience with track record in conducting analysis for management reporting, marketing research, business consulting, data analytics/ intelligence
• Experience in retail/ FMCG/ shopping mall is highly preferred, research agency background an added advantage
• Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proactive, detail oriented, able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analysis Manager
