Job Description
Our client is a market leader in e-commerce and technology industry with businesses across APAC and EU. They have steady growth and expansion and is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate and review legal documents, including commercial agreement, leasing terms, sales & purchase, loan agreement etc.
- Give support to the company on general corporate and commercial affairs
- Analyse legal risks and compliance matters
- Participate in projects, transactions and deals
- Provide legal advice and comments
- Maintain legal record and track legal requirements relevant to the business
- Conduct periodic legal training to business units
Requirements:
- 8+ PQE, legal training in international law firm and/or in-house
- International exposure; experience in handling legal matters in a global level
- Native in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English
