Responsibilities

• Source, analyze, structure and recommend investments across Europe (especially in Germany and Hungary) focus on Real Estates,Hotels or Industry 4.0 
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis for prospective investments
• Participate on financial, legal and commercial due diligence on prospective investments and deal execution process (including but not limit to M&A or private equity investment)
• Develop presentations for the senior management, key investment partners and other stakeholders
• Support on-going monitoring, analysis and reporting of investments and the aggregate portfolio
• Participate in ad-hoc projects if required

Requirements

• Degree holder major in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience from private equity or corporate finance companies preferably focusing on the Real Estates, Hotel or  Industry 4.0 sectors
• Advanced analytical skills, strong financial modelling and M&A capabilities
• High degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Occasional travel is required
