This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding international law firm with reputable Funds/M&A practice in Hong Kong. They are ranked among the top law firms with strong presence globally. They have recently hired a senior partner and are looking to expand the team further. This paralegal is a newly created headcount.

Job Description

• Work closely with the funds team on drafting and preparing legal documents, drafting private offering memoranda, and all funds / M&A related documents
• Attend and participate in meetings with clients, serve as communication bridge between clients and the funds team
• Conduct legal and company researches
• Translation (Chinese to English and English to Chinese)

Requirement

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience within corporate, finance, M&A or other transactional experiences. Funds experience is a plus
• Good academic result with a reputable university
• Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, Chinese and English is essential
• Driven, polished, enthusiastic and a good team player
