Our Client is an established international law firm based in Central, Hong Kong. They are seeking a Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Partners and Associates
• Assist in corporate transactions (IPO’S and M&A)
• Translate legal documents
• Drafting legal documents
• Legal research
• Prepare legal opinions and board resolutions
• Carry out due diligence and verification
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• LLB/LLM
• Experience in Corporate IPO, and experience working in an international law firm would be an advantage
• Mandarin and English (Written and verbal) is essential for this post
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook and Word)
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team
