Our client is a listed company in the telecommunication industry. They have steady growth and expansion and is looking for a Legal and Regulatory Assistant Manager to join the team.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate and review legal documents i.e. general commercial contracts and agreements, policies, procedures etc.
• Provide legal and regulatory support
• Analyse legal risks and compliance matters
• Perform legal and regulatory researches
• Liaise with external counsels and regulatory parties

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in legal, regulatory experience would be a plus
• Solid experience in drafting and reviewing commercial documents
• Native in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English
