Job description

Provide company secretarial support (mainly overseas clients) to the Team Head
Assist in preparing statutory forms and returns; other company secretarial documents; and other assigned tasks
Responsible for maintaining and updating corporate records
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Team Head
Participate in ad hoc projects (mainly overseas) as from time to time assigned by the Team Head

The successful candidate is also required to provide secretarial and administrative support to our Partner.

Requirements

Tertiary education / Diploma in English Literature or business-related disciplines
Willing to pursue a company secretarial career
1-year company secretarial experience, fresh graduate is welcomed
Experience in professional firms like CPA and secretarial firms is an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese (written and oral)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge in CSA program is a plus
