Responsibilities:

• Providing support to Corporate/Commercial group
• Assisting lawyers in mainly M&A projects 
• Preparing legal documents and due diligence reports
• Conducting legal research and providing legal analysis
• Assisting in a wide range of corporate transactions
• Translating documents from English to Chinese, and vice versa

Requirements:

• Degree qualified (2.1 and above); Law degree or LPC
• Must have M&A experience
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and oral)
• Ability to read and write simplified and traditional Chinese and speak both Putonghua and Cantonese is a plus.
• Received higher legal education in a common law country.
• Ability to work directly with partners, associates, counsel and clients.
• Ability to engage Firm resources in the completion of large projects.
• Superior proofreading and research skills.
• Ability to multi-task, to manage time effectively and to prioritize assignments.
