Business Valuation

We are active local valuation firm with famous parent company (i.e.中聯資産評估集團) inside the PRC. 

With rapid expansion recently, more and more state-owned enterprises become our clients. In order to better service these listed clients, now we are looking for highly capable talents and experienced professionals to join our company who are expecting business valuation as their profession. Responsibilities:

Ÿ  Executes and handles various business valuation assignments, including but not limited to all kinds of business enterprise valuations, intangible asset valuations and financial instrument valuations

Ÿ  Performs valuation due diligence, in-depth industry research and valuation modelling using all accepted approaches and methods; and writes-up of analysis and conclusions of findings and presents in a clear and concise manner in a valuation report

Ÿ  Assists in business development, dealing with client relationship, presentations and publications to communicate with clients and other professional parties

Ÿ  Monitors and supervises junior staffs on project basis

Ÿ  Maintains quality service by controlling accuracy and enforcing service efficiency

Ÿ  Contributes to team building as a team leader

Requirements:

Ÿ  Master or above degree with major in Finance Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Investment related field

Ÿ  With CFA and/or CPA qualifications, some years of experience in a similar role

Ÿ  Candidates with at least 3-5 years of business valuation experience

Ÿ  Candidates with established client relationship are welcome

Ÿ  Bloomberg terminal familiarity and VBA knowledge is a must

Ÿ  Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills

Ÿ  Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Ÿ  Deep Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
