Our client, a listed China based company, is now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Manager / Assistant Manager - Company Secretarial 35-38K

Responsibilities:

Degree Holder in relevant discipline
Associate member of ICSA/HKICS
4-5 years of company secretarial experience with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in listed companies
Good knowledge of listing rules, SFO reporting requirements and other statutory regulations
Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
High proficiency in PC operations including MS word, Excel and Powerpoint, Chinese WP
Self-motivated, well-organised and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Hard working and willing to learn
