Our client is a face-paced and dynamic US law firm in Central, they are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic paralegal to join their Finance team in respond to the growing business. 

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Partners, your major job duties will include but not limited to:

• Review lending, guarantee and security documentation for banks and securities companies
• Prepare and draft legal documentations, including legal opinions, corporate authorizations and ancillary documents
• Liaise with banks, foreign legal counsels and corporate clients
• Pre and post-completion work and due diligence

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Law degree holder with at least 1-year solid law firm working experience
• Knowledge in IPO / Banking / Finance area is an added advantage
• Career focused, self-motivated, efficient, responsible and hard-working
• Excellency in both Mandarin and English is essential
