Our client is a manufacturer of medical devices with proven track record and expanding operations. They are currently looking to hire a legal professional to join their legal team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, draft and review legal documents, including commercial agreement, leasing terms
• Give support to the company on general corporate and commercial affairs
• Analyse legal risks and compliance matters
• Provide legal support on M&A and restructuring legal matters
• Liaise with counter parties, the Government and external professional parties
• Provide commercial legal advices and comments
• Maintain legal record and track legal requirements relevant to the business
• Conduct periodic legal training to business units

Requirements:

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer
• 4+ years PQE
• Experience in dealing with clients from healthcare or medical devices industry would be an advantage
• In-house commercial experience is a plus
• Strong in corporate commercial
