Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
• Progress, quality and budgetary control; liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Surveying or equivalent with membership of a recognized professional institute
• Minimum 6 years of project management and construction supervisory experience in overseeing large-scale residential, commercial and retail development projects
• Conversant with local government regulations
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
