Job Description
- Act as the second-in-charge to oversee the day-to-day management of a newly developed residential estate
- Duties include budget planning, enforcement of DMC, liaison with owners / tenants, complaints handling, supervision of site staff and monitoring of contractors’ performance, etc
- Tertiary educated in Property / Housing Management or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Possess good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
