Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in control room operation
- Maintain and update Attendance system
- Provide clerical support to department e.g data entry and filing
- Telephone support to onsite staff
- Support ad hoc projects and tasks when required
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year solid working experience in relevant experience
- Meticulous, detailed-oriented, independent with high initiatives
- Good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing
- Hardworking & Willing to learn
- Immediately available is preferred
