Job Responsibilities:

• Hong Kong based role;
• Large scale development;
• Handle full set drawing & rendering;
• Develop concept, schematic, detail design package;
• Ensure design briefs and functional requirements are met during the whole design and project management process;
• Report to Director of Design Department and liaise with the in-house LDI and out-sourced consultants;
• Comment, enhance, review and approve all design related matters;
• Coordinate and oversee consultants' technical review on Contractors' submissions, including material/sample submissions, method statements, shop drawings, etc.;
• Liaise with relevant parties on statutory submissions, approvals and inspections in professional and efficient manners;
• Responsible for overall interior design project management;
• Site visit when necessary;
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Interior Design or related discipline;
• RIBA or HKIA will be highly preferred;
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience;
• Hands on experience in interior and M&E fit-out drawings
• Hands on skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3DMAX, SketchUp and PowerPoint;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency;
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese;
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as being a strong team player;
• Occasionally travel is required;
• Candidates available at short notice will be highly preferred.
