Our client is a well-established and prestigious property developer in Hong Kong.  They are now looking for a high calibre talent to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure all handover preparations are completed on time before handover to customers 
• Handle critical complaints and make sure all the complaints are with timely follow up
• Conduct inspections and defect correction to ensure everything are in good condition for handover
• Provide feedbacks on product quality collected from each development stage
• Ensure smooth handover experience and product quality fulfills customers satisfaction

Requirements

• Degree holder in any related disciplines
• At least 12 years' relevant experience with 8 years' at managerial level
• Proven track record in residential handover, defect correction and customer services 
• Experience in taking over new developments from developer and corporate client serving would be advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Strong leadership with excellent problem solving and crisis handling skills
• Proactive, innovative and customer-centric
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
