SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER

• To be involved in the provision of excellent services to residents such as handling enquiries and complaints, resolving day-to-day issues and ad-hoc problems in estate management
• Experience in tenancy management is essential
• Relevant professional qualifications in property management and C.I.H. Chartered Member / M.H.K.I.H. / R.P.H.M./MHKIS/MRICS is an advantage
• At least 5 years' working experience in related field and similar capacity with hands on experience in the takeover and management of new commercial development / shopping mall
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature and able to work independently 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager
