Requirements

• University graduate in Real Estate Management or Business Studies
• 5-7 years relevant experience in handling leasing cycle for retail industry
• Experience in department store/chain stores or shopping mall is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge of landlord side leasing regulations and licensing management
• Result-oriented, analytical with strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proficient in communication of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

• Formulate leasing strategies and business development for tenant mix concept
• Manage whole leasing cycle including new letting & renewal, rent & term negotiation
• Responsible for preparing leasing proposals, license agreements and tenancy contracts
• Perform regular analysis and forecasting to evaluate tenants’ overall performance
• Maintain long term relationship with tenants to maximize business opportunities
• Conduct market research, rental assessments and prepare regular leasing reports
