Responsibilities: 

• In charge of the daily operation and management of commercial building and shopping mall
• Lead a technical team for the repair, maintenance, renovation, A&A works and fitting-out works
• Coordinates, oversees and/or manages building repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance
• Responsible for vendor management
• Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed
• Formulate tender documents, criteria for tender analysis and tender report, etc.
• Comply with Government regulations
• Responsible for procurement and invoicing payment

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 15 years’ relevant experience, with at least 8 years of solid technical experience in property repair and maintenance, renovation and A&A works gained in sizable organization
• Proven experience in managing residential/ commercial buildings and shopping mall is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Independent and able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision
• Willing to take initiative and challenges
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
